Why is the Physician Pro tier $49/month when DocInfo is $99/year?
Different value. DocInfo is read-only: you look up doctors, but can't fix anything. Verify is action-oriented: we show you exactly where the wrong data came from and link you directly to the registry's update form. We're not just telling you what's wrong — we're routing you to fix it. Plus we monitor for re-breaks weekly and offer dispute filing assistance. The $49/mo is for ongoing monitoring + active fixing, not just lookup.
What's the difference between API pricing and physician pricing?
API pricing is for developers, AI agents, and integration builders. Per-call metering at $0.12/lookup, no monthly fees, no subscriptions. Physician pricing is for doctors and practices who want ongoing monitoring and active fixing. The free 10/mo API tier feeds the physician product — many physicians discover Verify through the API before converting to the paid physician tier.
Do you store my license number or other sensitive data?
We store the data publicly available in NPI Registry and state boards. We don't ask for your SSN, DEA number, or any non-public credentials. MedVerity operates on publicly available provider data, not patient health information. BAA available for Practice+ as a procurement checkbox if needed (legally not required)..
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access to your data export (we'll send a JSON download). Your profile reverts to unclaimed status. The "Fix at the Source" page stays accessible publicly, but the weekly monitoring and dispute filing assistance end.
Can I claim multiple NPIs on the Practice tier?
Yes — up to 5 NPIs on the Practice tier. If you need more, the Health System tier scales to 50+ with custom pricing.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual is 2 months free (10x monthly). So Physician Pro is $490/yr, Practice is $1,490/yr. Health System is custom.
